Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I park?
We have a small lot of our own right out front, and parking there is free for guests. There is street parking nearby as well, so if the lot is full you will not have to go far.

Do you cut kids’ hair?
We do. Kids’ cuts are for ages 12 and under, and Matthew is our go-to for first haircuts. We ask that children not being serviced stay seated with an adult, since the salon floor gets busy.

Do you take a deposit?
Regular appointments do not require a deposit. Extension installs, color corrections and wedding bookings do – a deposit holds the date and comes off your final total. We ask for 48 hours notice on cancellations.

Do you supply the hair for extensions?
We do. We source the hair after your free consultation so we can match your texture and density, and the hair is quoted separately from the install. You are welcome to bring your own, though we can only guarantee our results with hair we have sourced.

Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. We travel to getting-ready locations within about 40 miles of the salon, which covers most of McLennan County and the towns around it. Travel is quoted with your wedding estimate. Larger parties farther out are possible with enough notice. Please send us a wedding inquiry with your date and we will get back to you.
